Paris Sent Back to Jail

Heiress Paris Hilton’s return to jail last night was far removed from her usual glitzy, charmed life which sees her grace red carpet events across the world. Her release on Thursday after serving just three days of a sentence for violating probation in an alcohol-related reckless driving case prompted criticism.

And last night she was summoned back to court in handcuffs where – crying and devoid of make-up – the 26-year-old hotel heiress was told she was heading back to prison. The usually pristine star looked dishevelled. Wearing a grey sweatshirt and trousers, she cried throughout the hearing.

When the judge ordered her to serve out her 45-day sentence because of a parole violation, she blurted out: “It’s not fair” and called to her mother. It was a far cry from her stoicism when she attended the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday night, just hours before arriving at the jail. At the awards, Paris said: “I’m definitely scared, but I’m ready to face my sentence.”

    She is where she belongs you break the law you do the time I don’t care who you are. Sometimes money can’t buy you everything. These stars have to learn just like the rest of the world. Her friend LL should be right there with her and all the others. If any “plain” citizen had done what these celebs do they would lock you up and throw away the key. Justice!!!!

    About time she was shown the inside of a cell. Poor little rich girl finally gets whats been coming. No sympathy here as you can tell. Maybe now these “above the law” people will stop and think that maybe they arent really above the law, credos to the judge for having the guts to do this to her. Mental problem my butt, the only mental problem here is “teh Im above the law” mentality thats now been kicked in the guts and she doesnt like it.

    You’re 45 days,I’m 1095 days in japan,It’s very bad to training in japan:no friendly,no family,no girlfriend….I’d been living more 2 years,i will come back Viet Nam Feb,2008.I swear I will not come japan again by my bad past time in japan.I hope you will exert yourself!!!

    Im so happy she is back in jail….fist cuz i mean everyone has be to treated the same and 2nd because she needs something to realize that not all material stuff is everything…her parsntes should put her a stop, i mean the money she has is not even hers…so sometimes it would be good to boycott the Hilton’s because the same way she is stupid and does stupid things, her patents are the same for letting her do all that shit

    we have become a heartless cruel nation. Most people don’t like Paris just because she’s rich. personally, I couldn’t careless about her money. I just hope and pray that Paris, Lohan, and others won’t become like Anna Nicole Smith: dead b4 they’re time. That family must be going though hell right now. I know would if my brother was locked up for driving without license which is the reason and because that Judge is being mean and cruel. I hate him because of that. Paris needs to be in counseling. This whole mess has cause me to grow many nights without sleep. Even my work is starting to slip. I work at a prison as a correctional officer. The inmates I observe never get any help with they problem. All I see is WASTED time sitting in a locked depressing cell all day long. it’s because of this, I hate this country and system of law BUT i still careabout the people in it whether rich or poor. My prayers are with Paris Hilton and her family. May God guide her and protect her and bring her home to heaven.

    I was never a fan of Paris but this recent jailing has left me with a bad taste for “the system” I think it is patently ridiculous and she certainly was held up as an example. What she did was wrong, but what the judge and prosecuting attorney did was wrong also. I was thrilled to read that the LA District Attorney in the case is being “outed” as to numerous violations by both he and his wife, including a warrant out for his wife’s arrest, which was never served. Living in a Glass House. What a shameful spectacle. OJ SImpson suffered less harrassment and he was accused of murder.Paris should not have done what she did but the goings on in this case amounted to absolute circus, and were quite cruel . I hope the fools who jailed her realize that the overwhelming response among reasonable mainstream persons (unlike most of the haters commenting on this site) is one of sympathy. She will benefit from this episode, while it appears that those who were so eager to jail her may suffer in the long run.I am hopeful that that Hilton family has some legal recourse against the LA legal system and that they use some of their millions to punish the overzealous jailers. They deserve to reflect upon their overzealousness and unreasonable behavior in this case. They went out of their way to shame Paris and I believe it was truly overkill. Meanwhile, they have no effective way to mitigate gang , drug voilence and human trafficking. Way to fiddle while Rome burns, a-holes.

    i agree,there all fuckwits ,they have nothing to offer society except annoy everyone,because obviousley there the most important people that have ever lived and just love rubbing our noses in the dirt because theyve got a rich mummy and daddy and because of it have made few buck’s and everyone better watch out because there important?,i dont think so??.i wouldnt scrape them off my shoe?,or urinate on them if they were on fire,if everybody stops idolising them theyd be no-ones,its about time everybody did.
