Paris Hilton getting ready to bring you into her world
Doing her best to increase interest in her upcoming TV show, Paris Hilton closed out the week with a full day of promotional stops before heading off for a fabulous Memorial Day weekend getaway.
The hotel heiress stepped out on Friday to attend a press event at Kitson in Los Angeles before dropping by the “Tonight Show with Jay Leno” as the evening’s celebrity guest.
During her visit with Jay, Miss Hilton took part in a backstage video session before being driven onstage via motorcycle – as she recently became an owner of a motorsports racing team.
Among the “Tonight Show” topics of conversation, Paris chatted about her new mansion in Beverly Hills, as well as her new series “The World According to Paris” – which debuts on the Oxygen network on June 1st.
She also told a joke about Lindsay Lohan during the appearance, recalling a time in which a homeless lady complimented her earrings. Paris said, “I gave them to her,” before explaining that the woman then mistook her for the troubled “Mean Girls” starlet. To this, Paris said, “If I was Lindsay I’d be stealing the earrings, not giving them away.”
Once finished up with the busy day of press efforts, the 30-year-old ran to LAX Airport for a flight bound for New York City – where she caught a ride to meet up with the family in the Hamptons.
Regarding her traveling schedule, Paris happily tweeted, “On my way to The Hampton’s to spend a relaxing Memorial Day weekend with my family. See you soon @KathyHilton! Love you!”
