Over the years, we have seen it all from heiress Paris Hilton: arrests, jail time, very odd hair extensions, wild partying – and that show where she looked for a best friends. Though, given its popularity, everyone quite liked that.
But we have never seen anything like her latest outfit: a top with happy faces on the arms which she wore out shopping with her boyfriend Cy Waits. Maybe she is trying to show every one how hapy she is in her relationship.
