Paris shows off new boyfriend and meets celeb dog!

Paris Hilton has been busy making all kinds of new friends. Paris recently cuddled up with an adorable, Hollywood-ready dog and also showed off her new boyfriend Cy Waits in a rare couple appearance at the Grove on Friday.

The two hit the famed outdoor mall for some birthday shopping when the animal-loving Hilton came across the star-ready pooch. Paris and the glamourous dog quickly became good friends and they obviously had lots in common with their lifestyles, shown by similar shades!

But her real new BFF is Waits, whom Hilton has been quietly dating for a few months. Waits, and his twin brother Jesse, 34, are nightclub entrepreneurs currently dating respective high-profile girlfriends. Jessie is involved with Playboy’s 2008 Playmate of the Year, and Brody Jenner’s ex, Jayde Nicole.

In June, Cy Waits told Las Vegas weekly, ‘Paris and I are getting along beautifully.’ But Paris, 29, has been so low-key about her new boyfriend that she rarely speaks of him. The publicity-mad star has broken from Hilton-tradition by refraining from Tweeting incessantly about her love-life. Hilton did broadcast a note about her sunglass-wearing canine encounter at the mall however.

‘This dog is awesome! Love the shades,’ she wrote. Hilton didn’t even mention her boyfriend when appearing on the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson on Thursday, focusing much of her energy on her new perfume — appropriately named, Tease.
