Paris Hilton is pictured holding more shopping bags than even Paris could manage, as she filmed a commercial outside Bloomingdale’s for Israeli Lottery. Paris is seen wearing a number of different outfits underneath her jacket. I’m not sure when this advert is expected to go live, if anybody knows please let us know!
