Restraining order filed against Paris

I’m not sure what really to make of this, I’ll let you make up your own mind, regarding a random man filing a restraining order against Paris…

In the hand scribbled legal papers obtained by Hollywood’s TMZ website, Mr Ramiro Benitez alleges the blonde has threatened him “both sexually, physically and financially”.

Benitez claims his Hilton drama dates back to 1997 after the pair exchanged words over the phone. The man also wants protection for his 14-year-old son and his seven-year-old niece, internet reports claim. Mr Benitez reportedly accuses the heiress in his complaint of threatening to commit acts of violence on him.

He is now reportedly demanding the court to order Hilton to keep 100 yards away from him at all times, including his home, workplace, son’s school and his car. Included in the man’s shocking request to the court house, is reportedly a plea to prevent Paris using ‘stun guns and objects of some kind’ on him.

Among other accusations from Benitez, is a reported claim that Hilton has paid people including his family members to play ‘games’ on him and stop him from getting a job. His request for a temporary restraining order was filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court last week but has been put on a hold.

A hearing concerning the request is now set to take place on February 16.
