Paris has whirlwind weekend

It was a whirlwind weekend of dinners, shopping and parties for Paris Hilton’s launch here of her interactive, social networking Web site ParisHilton.com — and her romance with boyfriend Doug Reinhardt was hotter than ever! Paris even confirmed that wedding bells might well ring this year for the two of them.

The world-famous beauty kicked off her Las Vegas visit arriving Friday night at the Hard Rock Hotel, where she checked into the Paradise Tower Penthouse. The first order of business was a sushi and sashimi dinner for 10 friends at Nobu. I was nearby at Rare 120, and my spies told me that Paris and Doug hugged, kissed, held hands and were inseparable all night long.

Shortly after midnight, Paris decided that she wanted to check out the new Vanity nightclub in the just-opened HRH Tower — which just happened to be where I was at that time. The vibe captured her immediately, and it wasn’t until three hours later that she decided to wind down the dancing and call it a night.

Yesterday, Paris led her friends off to The Forum Shops in Caesars Palace for a late lunch at Wolfgang Puck’s Spago, with shopping stops before and after the meal. She stopped in her favorite pet store to show the animals to her girlfriends, and her visit to Miss Sixty turned into a spending spree. Paris loaded up with more purchases at FAO Schwarz.

Then it was time for the glam squad to take over for the night’s festivities. Her personal hair king hero Michael Boychuck at Color in Caesars Palace supervised his team of hairstylists to create her million-megawatt look. Paris’ makeup bag never made it from the plane to the hotel, so Michael had Las Vegas makeup queen Rain Andreani deliver her entire Rain Cosmetics line, and Rain did the makeup last night.

“I’ve never looked better,” Paris laughed. “They’re amazing and make me look a million dollars. Michael and his team get the credit for making me look so gorgeous.” Contributing photographers Scott Harrison and Cody Boor were on red carpet duty.

The celebrations continued for Paris with an appearance on the Vanity red carpet. She wore a sexy, one-sleeve, rhinestone-encrusted mini dress, posed for photos and answered questions from reporters. Then it was time for dinner at Rare 120, and after that at 12:30 a.m. today, Paris returned to Vanity to really party.

She and Doug were again inseparable, hugging affectionately all night long until just before dawn. No wonder it was past noon today when they ordered a gigantic breakfast from room service!

Paris said: “We’ve been together a year now and never spend a night apart. Don’t rule out a wedding in 2010. He’s really spoiled me. He’s given me so many incredible presents, and it’s true that diamonds are a girl’s best friend. I am speechless with the jewelry he bought me.

“He’s taught me how to grow up and become more domestic. We don’t go out as much as I used to anymore. We stay home far more.”

The socialite turned multi-business entrepreneur and actress-singer dazzled everywhere she went in the Hard Rock, and she kept her Twitter working overtime with reports of everything she did for the Web site launch. Her tweets included: “I love Vegas. I have my man and a hot crew with me, and it’s so much fun at Vanity. An amazing club. So much fun.”
