Paris Hilton Answers Fan Mail from Jail
Paris Hilton is answering fan mail in the California jail where she is serving time for a probation violation.
In a note posted at the web site E! Online, the 26-year-old celebrity heiress wrote, “I just read your letter and just wanted to thank you for your kind words of love and support. The fact that you took time out of your day to write me truly means the world. Especially at such a difficult and scary time in my life. I am being strong and trying to make the best out of the situation. And the letters I receive really do put a smile on my face as I sit here in my cell, sad and alone. Again, thank you so much and may God bless you and your family.”
A representative for Paris Hilton confirmed the authenticity of the note, which ends “Love always, Paris Hilton XOXO.” She has been behind bars since June 3, and is expected to be released June 25 from the Lynwood Detention Facility in suburban Los Angeles.

I would like to see Paris do something positive for someone else. I do think it is awful that Paris is afraid to eat, because someone might take a picture of her going to the bathroom. I think she should do something positive when she gets out. Like, there is a young girl that lost her feet during a ride at 6 flags. Wouldn’t it be nice if she visited this girl with a real problem to give the little girl some support?

I am so happy you are out of jail. That sentence was very unfair. I believe that you could really make a difference in this world and I hope we can see that from you. You also deserve a lot of credit for going on Larry King and doing that interview so soon after your release. That would take a lot to go on television and talk about what you went through after what you went through. You seem to have come out a different person and witha different view on life.
