I spent 12 hours isolated in a jail cell for driving on a suspended license and I almost lost my mind, for real. If it ever happened to me again, I would lie and threaten to kill myself. The jail staff treated me like absolute shit and the food was literally a microwaved hamburger and one of those danishes you can get for 25 cents at the gas station and sugar water...a SMALL container of sugar water.
