Paris may face jail
Paris Hilton is seeking support from Simple Life co-star Nicole Richie as she anticipates a court hearing next month.
The hotel heiress has been accused of driving while banned and could face 90 days in jail when her fate is decided on April 17.
A source told the Daily Star: “Nicole knows exactly what Paris is going through. Nicole was arrested for driving the wrong way on an eight-lane highway last year and then spent time in rehab. She is one of many of Paris’s pals who are doing everything they can to cheer her up.”
Hilton was banned from driving following a drink-related reckless driving offence in September, but she allegedly got back behind the wheel last month. Her spokesman Elliot Mintz has claimed that she was not aware that her licence had been suspended.
He added: “The situation is being handled by Paris’s attorney.”

Just because she has money Dose not make her any better then anyone else. She done wrong got caught and she should pay for it like anyone else. She is no better then Martha Stewart. She should spend time in jail for what she did.

I think it is beyond ridiculous to spend time even thinking about this issue. She needs to go to jail and for the whole 45 days, not less just because the jails are overcrowded. That is a cop out. Get a grip, Paris and go now and get it over with. Be a woman like Martha was. Go early, don’t wait for the deadline.

I can not believe that you think you are so important that you ask your fans for help with this matter so you won’t have to go to jail for 45 days. What about the poor everyday people who don’t have your money and fame? Would you be willing to work to keep them out of jail? Or, is the laws that every other person has to follow shouldn’t apply to you? The best thing you can do if you truly want to be a role model is to grow up and take responsiblity for your actions. And if you were a role model you wouldn’t have been drinking and driving and especially not DWLSR!!!!

Paris should deffinately go to jail.if anyone else did what she did they would have to ,she should also have her lincense suspended and be made to take a driving license test over again.
